Description
The Amptron® BluEdge series batteries are our new premium battery range that raises the bar in quality and sophistication. These batteries are designed using only the highest quality components, with innovative features and a robust, tough and highly waterproof construction that meets the modern demand for reliable long-lasting deep cycle batteries. The design includes exceptionally long-life cells backed with a 5-year warranty, and a smart Battery Management system with integrated communication features including Bluetooth, CAN bus and RS485 interfaces.
The BluEdge series batteries are independently tested to comply with the IEC62619 safety standard and are UN38.3 certified. The batteries also comply with all the requirements of the AS/NZS 3001.2:2022 (“Connectable electrical installations and supply arrangements”) standard for RVs, as well as the marine standard AS/NZS 3004.2:2014 (“Electrical installations—Marinas and boats, Part 2: Boat installations”). Our focus on standards compliance gives you peace of mind for the safe, reliable, and compliant performance of the batteries.

12V 400Ah / 300A Continuous Discharge LiFePO4 Battery
AMPTRON® 12V 400Ah / 300A Lithium LiFePO4 Batteries are an alternative replacement (AR) for most applications currently using a deep cycle Gel, AGM or Flooded Lead Acid battery. The maximum continuous discharge current is 300A and peak discharge current 600A for 1 second.
These batteries are designed using only the highest quality components and are backed with our 4-year warranty. This includes the use of a robust Battery Management System (BMS), Aluminum encased prismatic cells, solid busbar connectors and internal protection to reduce movement and damaging vibrations. Our batteries can also be placed on their sides providing versatile installation options.
The integrated Battery Management System is designed to monitor, protect, and optimize each cell within the battery. The BMS maximizes the performance of the battery by automatically balancing the cells and protecting them from over charging, over discharging, over temperature, and excessive charge or discharge currents. Our integrated BMS allows our batteries to be used as an alternative replacement for most applications requiring deep cycle batteries, however if the charging system does not support a Lithium charge profile, there are some compromises – please contact Amptron for more information.
